I also wasn't overwhelmingly bitter like I have been with others, but it hasn't been easier. My BFF has also been incredibly sensitive to our situation, but it doesn't change the fact that you've lost a common ground. For me all I seem to want to talk about is how to make babies and all she now wants to talk about is how her baby is feeding, crying and pooping. I'm sending you a big hug across the Indian Ocean to carry you through this. It's amazing how easily it happens. But you must have some seriously weak ankles to have done it so often in such a short space of time. Wrap it up and use arnica, it should help with the swelling.
